The 592-EEGD is a three-phase E1 Plus electronic overload relay rated for 18 to 90 A, designed to mount directly to NEMA contactors. It features a 5:1 current adjustment range, selectable trip classes of 10, 15, 20, or 30, and both manual and automatic reset modes. The relay provides 3-second phase loss protection, thermal memory for accurate motor heating modeling, isolated N.C. and N.O. contacts with a B600 voltage rating, and is self-powered with low cabinet heat dissipation.
