The 592-EEBC is a three-phase E1 Plus electronic overload relay designed for motor protection with a current adjustment range of 0.2 to 1.0 A. It mounts directly to NEMA contactors and features selectable trip class settings of 10, 15, 20, or 30, with manual or automatic reset options. The relay uses current measurement-based thermal modeling, includes a 3-second phase loss detection, and provides isolated N.C. and N.O. contacts rated for 600 V. It complies with EN 60947-4-1, EN 60947-5-1, and is c-UL-us listed and CE marked. The device features a 5:1 adjustment range, ambient temperature compensation, and an over-molded power connection for rugged installation.
