Product Overview
XtraForm E7000 is a silver electrically conductive adhesive (ECA) designed for low-temperature substrates such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and polycarbonate (PC) film substrates. This adhesive is intended for the attachment of active and passive components for in-mold electronics (IME), as well as other integrated electronics and smart structures. This product offers an excellent combination of high electrical conductivity and moderate elongation. It is applied directly onto pre-printed tracks for the attachment of surface mount device (SMD) components, including LEDs and resistors. XtraForm E7000 is compatible with the XtraForm IME product range, enabling the fabrication of complex multilayer structures that can be thermoformed and injection molded.
