Product Overview Dolphin brings a suite of process technology upgrades to MacDermid Alpha’s industry-leading, OEM-approved immersion tin final finishes. The upgraded process enables new and existing tin lines to deposit a functional tin finish with higher throughputs, less downtime, and smaller equipment footprints. Additionally, this new process technology enables immersion tin processes such as ORMECON® CSN Classic to achieve a higher maximum tin thickness, allowing for even more stringent reflow exposure than competing processes. Current users of ORMECON CSN and MacStan can upgrade their existing lines with Dolphin to boost the capabilities of their immersion tin, while new users can design high-output lines that utilize a fraction of the floor space compared to the major leading competitor.
