ALPHA NCP-LR002 is a lead-free, no-clean solder paste developed for applications requiring high soldering activity, low voiding, and very low flux residues. It enables consistent fine-pitch printing and delivers an almost “zero” residue cosmetic appearance after reflow. Its excellent print volume deposit repeatability helps reduce defects associated with print process variability.
