The C3E series is a 3.2 mm x 2.5 mm surface mount crystal unit with a 4-pad ceramic-metal seam-sealed package, designed for frequencies from 8.000 to 156.250 MHz. It supports fundamental mode operation from 8.000 to 64.000 MHz and third overtone from 60.000 to 156.250 MHz. The part has a load capacitance of 20 pF, a frequency tolerance of ±10 ppm, a frequency stability of ±20 ppm, and operates from -20 to +70 °C. Drive level is limited to 100 µW maximum, with equivalent series resistance not exceeding 300 ohms at 8.000 MHz. Aging is ±3 ppm per year maximum. The unit is RoHS compliant and lead-free.
