The C3E series is a 3.2 mm × 2.5 mm surface mount crystal unit with a 4-pad ceramic-metal package, designed for microprocessor timing applications. It operates from 8.000 to 156.250 MHz in fundamental or third overtone modes, with a load capacitance range of 6 to 47 pF and a maximum drive level of 100 µW. The unit has a frequency tolerance of ±10 ppm at 25°C, frequency stability of ±10 ppm over the operating temperature range of -40 to +85°C, and aging of ±3 ppm per year. Insulation resistance is 500 MΩ at 100 Vdc, and equivalent series resistance is 40 Ω maximum at 25.000 MHz in fundamental mode. The device is RoHS compliant and Pb-free, with tape and reel packaging. Storage temperature range is -55 to +125°C.
