The C3E series is a 3.2 mm x 2.5 mm surface mount crystal unit with a 4-pad ceramic-metal package, designed for microprocessor applications. It operates in fundamental mode from 8.000 to 64.000 MHz and third overtone from 60.000 to 156.250 MHz, with load capacitance options of 6, 7, 10, 12, 16, 18, 20, or 32 pF. Frequency tolerance is selectable up to ±10 ppm, and frequency stability up to ±10 ppm over temperature. The operating temperature range includes standard -20 to +70 °C and optional -40 to +85 °C, -40 to +105 °C, or -40 to +125 °C. Drive level is limited to 100 µW max, with insulation resistance of 500 MΩ at 100 Vdc. Aging is ±3 ppm per year max. The part is RoHS compliant and lead-free.
