The DP-448-4036 is an industrial dumper designed to dump 4,000 lbs at a 48-inch height with a 33-second cycle time. It features a 2 HP motor, a carriage measuring 40 x 36 inches, and overall dimensions of 53 x 58 inches with a carriage height of 65 inches and an arc height of 120 inches. The unit has a shipping weight of 1,050 lbs and includes an adjustable retaining bar, machine-grade single-acting cylinders, U.L.-listed controllers, hard chrome-plated shafts and axles, lifetime-lubricated bearings, and a baked enamel finish. It is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and comes with a 10-year or 250,000-cycle warranty.
These dumpers are our most compact design and provide a minimum size footprint. The units tilt approximately 125 degrees. The carriages are designed to hold bins, gaylords or carts and dump their contents which can be as varied as meat, grain, castings, plastic pellets, or the U.S. mail. Although we offer a wide assortment of standard sizes, some applications require highly modified or custom designs which we are happy to provide.
