The L12-100-50-12-I is a miniature linear actuator with an integrated controller, 100 mm stroke, 50:1 gear ratio, and 12 VDC operation. It has a closed length of 152 mm, weighs 56 g, and provides a maximum force of 22 N at peak efficiency and 80 N at peak load. The actuator supports multiple control interfaces including 0-5 V analog, 4-20 mA, RC servo (1-2 ms PWM), and 1 kHz PWM, and outputs a proportional 0-3.3 V position feedback signal. It operates at 55 dB noise at 45 cm, has an IP-54 ingress protection rating, a maximum duty cycle of 20%, and an operating temperature range of -10°C to +50°C.
