AlphaComposites™ are offered in many combinations of sound-absorbing acoustical foams, sound-blocking vinyl sound barriers, protective facings and pressure-sensitive adhesive (peel and stick) backings. Space efficient and highly effective, AlphaComposites ™ are ideal for applications that require increased sound-absorption and/or sound blocking. AlphaComposites™ help to not only control sound transmissions by adding sound blocking mass, it also decouples some of the structural vibration by separating the mass of the vinyl sound barrier from the structure it is being attached to. AlphaComposites™ are available by the sheet or roll. There are many options when using these composites, such as varying thicknesses, melamine (Class 1 fire rated) or polyurethane foam, various facings (mylar, urethane, perforated vinyl, tedlar and more), peel and stick backings as well as diecutting for O.E.M. jobs.
