The Model D-1000 is a bench-top Dispershear Continuous In-Line Mixing System designed to prepare small batches of 5 to 20 gallons. It handles solid feed rates from 0.1 to 10 lb/min and liquid flow rates from 0.5 to 3 gpm, with a hopper volume of 1/3 cu. ft. The system enables independent control of solid and liquid feed rates, allowing efficient dispersion of fine powders into liquids without agglomeration.
