The CJ-75-1 is a reversible homogenizer designed for high-shear mixing in industrial applications, featuring an adjustable rotor/stator gap to control shear rates and achieve colloid mill-type results. It operates at 3,600 RPM with a 6.25-inch diameter rotor, producing a tip speed of 5,800 ft/min and an upward mixing flow rate of 735 gpm. The mixing head has a Rulon bearing with a stainless steel sleeve, and the product contact parts are standard Type 316 stainless steel. The unit is immersion-mounted with a depth of 33 inches and is powered by a 7 to 10 horsepower, 3-phase motor compatible with 230-460 or 575 volts. Variable speed inverters are available.
