The C-2-1 is a reversible homogenizer designed for high-shear mixing of solids and liquids, featuring axial flow and an adjustable rotor/stator gap for precise shear control. It has a 5.00-inch diameter impeller, operates at 3,600 RPM, and delivers 464 gpm flow through the high-shear zone in upward mixing mode. The immersion depth is 33 inches, and its motor range is 7 to 10 horsepower. Standard wetted parts are Type 316 stainless steel, with explosion-proof, TEFC, 3-phase, 230-460 or 575-volt motors available. The mixing head uses a Rulon bearing with a stainless steel sleeve.
