A.H. Systems Inc. Broadband Current Probe Model BCP-619

Description
Conducted currents can be measured without making direct contact with the source conductor or metallic surface by means of clamp-on current probes. The BCP-619 Current Probe is designed to permit field intensity meters, spectrum analyzers, and other 50 ohm impedance instruments to measure quantitative magnitudes of current. Measurements can be made on single and multi-conductor cables, ground and bonding straps, shielded conduits and on coaxial cables. For ease and convenience of performing conducted measurements, all of our current probes utilize the split type clamp-on design. Small and lightweight, each Current Probe is manufactured to exacting standards, thus insuring repeatable performance. Features Measure conducted emissions from 100 Hz to 100 MHz Capable of measuring pulse currents up to 30K amperes Individually Calibrated (Transfer Impedance calibration included) High Current Capability Split Type Clamp-on Design Frequency Range: 100 Hz - 100 MHz Transfer Impedance (Z T) 0.005 ohms (nominal) Max Primary Current (DC - 60 Hz) 800 Amps Peak Pulse Current 30,000 Amps Connector: N-Type, Female Physical Dimensions Aperture: 2.6" (66 mm) Diameter: 5.27" (134 mm) Weight: 5.4 lb.'s (2.46 Kg)
