Cell-permeable. A potent, ATP-competitive and selective inhibitor of PI 3-K isoform p110î´ (IC50 = 60 nM). Inhibits p110α and p110β only at higher concentrations (>1 μM). IC87114 does not inhibit other PIK-related kinases such as ATM, ATR, DNA-PK, and mTOR even at concentrations up to 100 μM.
