AEBSF.HCl is a specific irreversible inhibitor of serine proteases, such as thrombin, plasmin, kallikrein, chymotrypsin, and trypsin. AEBSF.HCl is a non-toxic alternative to PMSF.
AEBSF is affected by both pH and temperature. AEBSF undergoes hydrolysis at ph >7 and this rate is increased at higher temperatures. It is recommended to make solutions fresh before use.
Report storage temp of -20C is for long term, +4C to Room temp storage is also acceptable.
