The 57BYB Series is a family of brushless DC motors with a delta-wound configuration and 120-degree electrical Hall angle. All variants feature a B-class insulation rating, 500VDC dielectric strength, and minimum 100M\u2126 insulation resistance. The motors support a voltage range of 12 to 80VDC and operate between 2000 and 4000 RPM. Radial and axial clearances are 0.025mm under specified loads, with maximum radial and axial forces of 75N and 15N respectively. Body lengths range from 82.5mm to 142.5mm depending on model, with weights from 0.4kg to 1.3kg. Continuous stall torque varies from 0.192Nm to 0.684Nm, and peak torque from 0.48Nm to 1.71Nm. Rotor inertia ranges from 75g\u00b7cm⁻² to 230g\u00b7cm⁻². The series is designed for high-speed applications with low rotor inertia and improved thermal dissipation.
