The 57BSB Series consists of brushless DC motors with an inner rotor design, rated for 12 to 80 VDC operation and featuring three phases and eight poles. Available in three body lengths - 76 mm, 96 mm, and 116 mm - these motors deliver rated torque from 0.3 N•m to 0.72 N•m and peak torque up to 1.8 N•m, with rated speeds between 1000 and 3000 RPM. Rotational inertia ranges from 100 to 200 g•cm², and weight varies from 0.65 kg to 1.25 kg. The motors have a radial play of 0.025 mm at 460 g load, axial play of 0.025 mm at 400 g load, and can withstand maximum radial and axial forces of 75 N and 15 N respectively. Insulation class is B, with dielectric strength rated at 500 VDC for one minute and minimum insulation resistance of 100 MΩ at 500 VDC.
