Shrink Ratio 2:1, Operating Temperature -55 to +110 °C, Polyolefin, EPS-200 Tubings EPS-200 features one step environmental protection of electronic, electrical, automotive and marine wiring. As the flame retardant, flexible polyolefin outer wall shrinks to a skin-tight fit, the hot melt adhesive is pushed into voids and crevices. Upon cooling the adhesive solidifies and bonds to form a permanent moisture proof barrier. 2:1 shrink ratio, jacket meets UL 224 all tubing flame test, –55°C to +100°C continuous operating temperature, meets MIL-DTL-23053/6 Class 2. Black only. EPS-200 is a thin-wall tubing offering the advantages of integral adhesive-lined construction. The tubing is made from a flame-retardant, flexible polyolefin with a thin layer of special thermoplastic adhesive. The heatshrinkable outer wall is electively crosslinked while maintaining the high flow and excellent adhesion of the inner sealant liner.
