3M Hookit 366L lapping film sheet uses aluminum oxide as the abrasive material. The hook & loop attachment allows for easy mounting to the tool or pad. The abrasiveness of lapping film sheet products is graded on the Micron scale; with the 20640 lapping film sheet having a grade of 40 Micron.
