3M 668X lapping film sheet uses diamond as the abrasive material. The PSA attachment allows for easy mounting to the tool or pad. The abrasiveness of lapping film sheet products is graded on the Micron scale; with the 56030 lapping film sheet having a grade of 15 Micron. The lapping film sheet has a width of 3 in and length of 8 in.
