Rubber and Elastomer Molding Services
Service Detail from Elasto Proxy Inc.

Elasto Proxy helps you choose the right rubbers and elastomeric materials for your applications. Although rubber is softer and more pliable than plastic, it's generally not as flexible. Thermoplastic elastomers (TPE), a group of rubber-like materials, combine the processing strengths of thermoplastics with the best qualities of thermoset rubbers. Ask us if molded TPEs are right for your application.
Natural and Synthetic Rubber
Elasto Proxy's rubber and elastomer molding services are also available for the custom fabrication of parts made of natural and synthetic rubbers. Depending on your requirements, our technical services team may recommend butadiene rubber (BR), styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), isoprene rubber (IR), nitrile rubber (NBR), ethylene-propylene rubber (EDM/EPDM), silicone, or a fluoroelastomer such as Viton®.
Molded Rubber Parts
Themolded rubber parts that Elasto Proxy provides may also include vulcanizing agents such as sulfur, antioxidants for protection against aging, softeners such as mineral oils, special ingredients such as anti-static lubricants, and reinforcements such as steel cording. Ask our solutions providers for assistance with compound selection, and about our robust custom fabrication capabilities.
