Can-Do has several pieces of equipment that slit rolls to custom width. Material may be razor cut, crush cut, or baloney slit. In the baloney slitting process, the blade may or may not be rotating, depending on the material to be cut. Also, the blade may require a water-cooling substance during the slitting process to reduce heat. A single operator runs this machine; and once a cut is made, the machine traverses down the log to make another cut.
