The XBee ZNet 2.5 (formerly Series 2) OEM RF module is ZigBee compliant and operates in the 2.4GHz ISM Band. It has been designed for use in mesh networks of wireless sensors. Carrier frequency: 2.4GHz ISM band with 16 channels. RF Power Output: +1dBm, +3dBm (Boost mode). Receiver Sensitivity: -96dBm @ 1% PER (Boost mode). Interference control: Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum (DSSS). OTA Date Rate: up to 250kbps. Host communication: serial UART with RTS/CTS flow control. Supported network topologies: Point-to-Point, Point-to-Multipoint, Peer-to-Peer and Mesh. Antenna: Integral Whip (RS 436-480), U.FL (RS 436-490), SMA (RS 436-395), PCB (RS 771-6345). 4 channel 10-bit ADC. 10 x GPIO pins. Power supply: +2.1 to +3.6Vdc. Operating temperature range: -40 to +85°C. Dimensions: 24.4 x 27.6 x 7mm DIL format.
