IMC is dedicated to the design and fabrication of complex, fast cycling injection molds. Our tooling operations develop and employ world class and world leading tooling solutions that could include techniques such as Mold Flow Analysis, fully integrated CAD/CAM systems, and planning for automated tool changing and CAV (computer aided verification - photo inspection).
Internal heat treating equipment, high speed machining centers, ongoing reinvestment in new fitting equipment, and continuous focus on work flow ensure improvement in lead time, precision and quality. In addition, an increasing number of our molds are being built with modular designs to better control development costs and lead times.
