This precision ground 1600 Series™ bearing is manufactured in easy-to-use inch dimensions and is recommended for medium loads and for maximum speeds in the range of 5000 rpm. Precision ground on all surfaces for superior performance with extra attention given to the ball grooves. Careful heat treatment provides a uniform and exact degree of hardness for maximum life. A nylon ball retainer, or separator, is used to increase the range of allowable speeds by reducing ball-to-ball contact friction.
