Flange Protection Discs are easy to fit and provide cost-effective full face protection on the exposed sealing surface of the flange. Typically used in pipe manufacture, pipeline construction and in storage and transportation of pipes. Our flange protection discs are flat and easy to store.
•Available for ANSI Flanges 1/2" to 32": Pressure Groups 150, 300, 600,900,1500 and 2500 lbs.
•Flange Protection Discs are offered in PolyCor™ corrugated PP, HDPE and Pressboard.
•Applied by strapping cable ties through bolt holes,using hole plugs or Pins/Washers.
