As an ideal solution, the modular ZEDstation combines our leak testing device with client-specific adaptations. Various test items can be readily tested on ZEDstation thanks to a simple, interchangeable design that is easy to operate. The stand-alone ZEDstation cell closes the gap between individual test devices and the fully-automated assembly units. The station makes the testing of components for leaks and function economical and faster than the individual manual process.
ZEDstation can be equipped with various optional accessories like a marking unit, label printer, barcode scanner, etc. Due to the high level of standardization, this stand-alone testing device is easy to operate and has an attractive price/performance ratio. With optional extensions, it can also be equipped for additional tasks and adapted for specific customers.
