York manufactures custom spur gears, helical gears, worms, worm gears, gear racks and sprockets to your specifications in prototype through production quantities. Our pitch capacity ranges from 6 DP to 120 DP, including metric (module) pitches. We work with a variety of materials, including, steel, aluminum, brass, bronze and machined plastic. Prototypes can be available in as few as five working days.
We can also supply higher level assemblies, which include the addition of bearings, clutches, shafts, etc. By purchasing higher level assemblies, you save time and money by not having to deal with multiple sources for your parts. By manufacturing your parts on our CNC machines, and checking with our computerized inspection equipment, you are assured of getting the highest quality products.
