Yageo USA Single FETs, MOSFETs XP4072CMT

The XP4072CMT is an N-channel enhancement mode power MOSFET designed for efficient DC-DC conversion applications. It is packaged in a PMPAK® 5x6 surface-mount package with a footprint compatible with SO-8 and a backside heat sink for improved thermal performance. The device has a drain-source voltage rating of 30 V, a continuous drain current of 23.4 A at 25°C case temperature, and a maximum pulsed drain current of 120 A. Its on-resistance is 4.5 mΩ typical at VGS = 10 V and ID = 20 A. The gate threshold voltage ranges from 1.3 V to 3 V. The maximum junction temperature is 150°C, and the thermal resistance from junction to case is 5°C/W. The product is RoHS compliant and halogen-free, and is not authorized for use in life support or automotive systems.
