The Win Source Electronics DIP Switches feature a flat actuator design with top tape sealing, suitable for surface mount applications. The switches have a contact rating of 25mA at 24VDC for switching and 100mA at 50VDC for non-switching. Initial contact resistance is a maximum of 100m,Ѷ, increasing to 200m,Ѷ after life testing. They offer a minimum insulation resistance of 100M,Ѷ at 500VDC and dielectric strength of 300VAC for one minute. The mechanical life is rated for a minimum of 2000 cycles, while the electrical life is rated for 1000 cycles at the specified current and voltage. Constructed from PPA and PA46 materials with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, the switches are designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -40¬8C to +85¬8C. They are compliant with lead-free, ROHS, and REACH regulations. The product is packaged in tape and reel format and is delivered in the "off" position. Care should be taken during cleaning to avoid damage to the sealing functions.
