The ISP844XSM is a surface-mount, high-density AC input optocoupler with two inverse-parallel infrared LEDs and NPN silicon phototransistors in a dual in-line plastic package. It provides 5.3 kV RMS and 7.5 kV peak isolation voltage, with a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 35 V and a maximum collector current of 50 mA. The current transfer ratio ranges from 20% to 300% at ±1 mA input forward current and 5 V collector-emitter voltage. It meets UL 94 V-0, UL E91231, VDE 0884, and CECC 00802 standards. Operating temperature ranges from -30°C to +100°C.
