Williams Oscillamatic Controller MK II

Description
The Oscillamatic Controller can operate with all Williams pneumatic metering pumps by sending a pulse of air or gas to the pump, which causes the pump to stroke and inject chemical. After sending the pulse to the pump air/gas exhausts allowing the pump to return to its normal position awaiting the next signal from the Oscillamatic Controller. An attachment knob located under the trademark red cap allows adjustments from 3-45 strokes per minute, depending on the model pump and stroke length. Each time a controller pulses, the pump injects a specified amount of chemical making this a repeatable and efficient method to inject chemical even in remote locations. The Mark II and VII models are made of aluminum that are hard anodized to protect them in outdoor locations for many years. Manually operates Williams pneumatic pumps Diaphragm design eliminates need for lubrication. Uses diaphragms vs “U” cups for reliability. MK II: 25 - 65 psi (1.72-4.48 bar) MK VII: 50 - 90 psi (3.44-6.20 bar) Fully adjustable from 0-45 strokes per minute. Anodized aluminum construction.
