The WATTS ACV Pressure Reducing Control Valve with Return Flow Feature is designed to automatically reduce a fluctuating higher upstream pressure to a constant lower downstream pressure regardless of varying flow rates, and open for return flow when downstream pressure exceeds inlet pressure.
