Series LF289 Spill Resistant Atmospheric Vacuum Breakers prevent the reverse flow of polluted water from entering into the potable water supply due to backsiphonage. It consists of Lead Free* Copper Silicon Alloy (LF289), silicone rubber check disc, stainless steel springs, a lightweight plastic disc float that minimizes deposits and scaling, a spring-loaded atmospheric vent with O-ring, and a spill-resistant diaphragm seal. Series LF289 has a compact, space-saving design, and is ideal for health hazard applications such as on chemical dispensers or factory machine equipment. Maximum Pressure:150psi (10.34 bar), Minimum Pressure: 8psi (.55 bar).
