The Watts Series 77F-DI-125 Cast Iron Flanged End Wye-Pattern Strainer is designed for commercial and institutional applications. It features a lead-free cast iron body with Class 125 flanged connections, conforming to ANSI B16.1 standards. The strainer is equipped with 304 stainless steel perforated screens and a cast iron flanged retainer cap, which includes a gasket and is tapped for a closure plug. A drain/blowoff connection is also provided with a closure plug. This strainer has a maximum operating pressure of 200 psi (13.8 bar) for water and steam service at temperatures up to 210¬8F (99¬8C), and 125 psi (8.6 bar) at 353¬8F (178¬8C) for water service. The standard screen perforations vary by size, with options for wire mesh liners and different perforation sizes available. The product is suitable for applications requiring reliable filtration and is tested and certified by NSF International.
Series 77F-DI-125 Cast Iron, Flanged, Wye-Pattern Strainers feature a wye-pattern, Class B cast iron body with Class 125 flanged connections, cast iron blow-down plug, stainless steel screen, bolted and tapped iron retainer cap with graphite gasket and iron blow-down plug. Maximum Pressure (non-shock): 200psi (13.8 bar) @ 210°F (99°C) WOG, 125psi (8.6 bar) @ 353°F (178°C) WSP. 14 and 16 in. rated at 150psi (10.3 bar) @ 150°F; (66°C).
