SURFOX-T is a heavy-duty electrolyte cleaning solution designed specifically for weld cleaning applications. It effectively removes weld discoloration and enhances passivation on stainless steel surfaces without the use of hazardous pickling pastes. The solution is suitable for cleaning TIG, MIG, and SPOT welds, restoring the original finish without requiring mechanical action or scrubbing.
This product is non-flammable, VOC-free, and has a pH of less than 1, making it a safer alternative to traditional acids. It is recognized for achieving chemical passivation in accordance with ASTM A967 specifications and is NSF registered for food plant applications. SURFOX-T is available in various sizes, including 100 ml, 1.5 L, 5 L, 20 L, and 208 L containers, allowing for flexibility based on project needs.
This heavy-duty electrolyte solution is composed of phosphoric acid and other additives which makes it ideal for the most demanding weld cleaning applications. SURFOX-T is formulated for cleaning TIG, SPOT and PULSED MIG welds (6 per package).
