The SMF150 is a surface mount high voltage diode designed for high reverse voltage applications, rated for 15,000 V peak reverse voltage and 10 mA average rectified current. It has a reverse recovery time of 100 ns, a forward voltage of 1.0 V at 10 mA, and a peak surge current of 35 A. The junction temperature range is -65°C to +175°C, with a thermal resistance of 40 °C/W and a junction capacitance of 0.5 pF at 50 VDC. The device is rated for storage temperatures from -65°C to +200°C.
