HDU-3901 converts from standard definition digital component(SDI) 525/625 to high definition digital component (HD-SDI) 480p, 720p and 1080i incorporating processing for all standards used in broadcast facilities worldwide.
HDU-3901 converts from standard definition digital component (SDI) 525/625 to high definition digital component (HD-SDI) 480p, 720p and 1080i incorporating processing for all standards used in broadcast facilities worldwide. Embedded audio is handled within the upconverter. A full processing amplifier for video and embedded audio is provided. An Aspect Ratio Converter (ARC) with presets and user configurable aspect ratio is required. A logo generator functions allows for user downloadable logos to be keyed into the program HDTV output. A "two module set" for NEO frames that provides high quality upconversion from standard definition to high definition. Applications include final conversion in a standard definition facility for high definition output and bridging from a standard definition router to a high definition router.
