Plug in the XLRs and you're good to go. Snakeskin(TM) is included as a standard feature on the fanout. Dimensions: Mounting plate: 10"L x 5"W Mounting plate to top of MASS plate: 7 5/8" (add 1.77" for W3 or W4 w/ dustcap)
