The Conxrite® CNX 410 Series is a solderless LED interconnector that provides a simplified method of electrically connecting panel mounted LEDs to a power source. Present connecting methods include soldering or crimping wires directly to the fragile LED leads, often resulting in their being damaged or broken. The vibration and shock while in transit, resulting from the weight of unsupported wire and harness suspended from the fragile LED leads causes work-hardening, metal fatigue and eventual failure of the electrical connection. An external resistor may also be included in the circuitry, soldered directly to the LED or added to an already cluttered circuit board. In addition, field service replacement of hard-wired LEDs can be very time consuming and expensive. Features:
