The TP0610K is a P-channel MOSFET designed for high-side switching and low-voltage applications, featuring a 60 V drain-source voltage rating and a typical on-resistance of 6 Ω at -10 V gate-source voltage. It is packaged in a TO-236 (SOT-23) surface-mount case and supports a continuous drain current of -185 mA at 25 °C. The gate threshold voltage ranges from -1 V to -3 V, with typical switching times of 20 ns turn-on and 35 ns turn-off. The device offers 2000 V ESD protection, low input capacitance of 20 pF, and complies with RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC and is halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21.
