The SUP18N15-95 is an N-channel 150 V MOSFET in a TO-220AB package with a drain-source breakdown voltage of 150 V and a continuous drain current of 18 A at 25 °C case temperature, decreasing to 10.3 A at 125 °C case temperature. It has a maximum junction temperature of 175 °C and a typical on-state resistance of 0.095 Ω at V_GS = 10 V and 15 A. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 1.7 °C/W and from junction to ambient is 85 °C/W. The device is RoHS compliant and meets the TrenchFET® Power MOSFET technology standard.
