The SQJ443AEP is an automotive-grade P-channel MOSFET with a 40 V drain-source voltage rating and a maximum junction temperature of 175 °C. It is packaged in a PowerPAK SO-8L case, measuring 6.15 mm x 5.13 mm x 1.14 mm. The device has a drain-source on-resistance of 0.0250 Ω at -10 V gate-source voltage and 0.0360 Ω at -4.5 V, with a continuous drain current of -24 A at 25 °C. It is AEC-Q101 qualified and features 100% Rg and UIS tested. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 5.5 °C/W, and junction to ambient is 70 °C/W when mounted on a 1" square FR4 PCB.
