The SQJ416EP is an automotive-grade N-channel MOSFET rated for 100 V drain-source voltage and 27 A continuous drain current at 25 °C, housed in a PowerPAK SO-8L surface-mount package measuring 6.15 mm x 5.13 mm. It features a maximum on-state resistance of 0.030 Ω at 10 V gate-source voltage and is AEC-Q101 qualified. The device supports operating junction and storage temperatures from -55 °C to +175 °C, with a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 3.3 °C/W and junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 70 °C/W when mounted on a 1" square FR4 PCB. It is lead-free and halogen-free.
