The SIP42104DX-T1-E3 is a 250 mA integrated H-bridge driver and programmable output-pulse-width controller designed for applications in digital camera micro modules, such as shutter and lens cover drivers. It operates within a supply voltage range of 2.3 to 4.2 V and features a low on-resistance of 0.85 Oc at 2.8 V and 150 mA output current. The device includes a break-before-make cross-over protection to prevent shoot-through and a 300 ns de-glitch circuit to filter input noise. The output voltage direction is controlled by the input signal's rising or falling edges, while the pulse width can be set using an external RC timing circuit.
