N-channel 60-V MOSFET in a TSOP-6 package, measuring 3.05 mm by 2.85 mm, designed for load switching in portable applications and DC/DC conversion. The device features a drain-source on-state resistance of 0.100 Ω at V₃₃ = 10 V and 0.128 Ω at V₃₃ = 4.5 V, with a continuous drain current of 3.2 A at T₃ = 25 °C and 2.5 A at T₃ = 70 °C. It complies with RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC and is halogen-free per IEC 61249-2-21. Maximum junction temperature is 150 °C, with junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 53 °C/W under steady-state conditions on a 1″ × 1″ FR4 board.
