By combining the HP 8922M GSM MS Test Set and the 83220E DCS/PCS Test Set and new firmware, a complete dual-band (GSM 900/DSC 1800) test solution was created. All the original 8922 features are retained but now, with dual-band untra-cell handover capability, the newer GSM mobiles can be tested seamlessly, at all frequencies, through a single RF connector.
