ValueTronics International, Inc. RF Generator 83624B

Description
The 83624B is a 20 GHz RF Generator from Agilent. An RF generator is a tool engineers use to generate sinusoidal outputs while testing electronic equipment. The output will automatically have its frequency varied or swept between frequencies. A “sweep” is one complete cycle of a frequency variation. Engineers use RF signal generators as test equipment, mostly to measure responses of filters, amplifiers, and electrical components. Additional Features: Frequency range: 2-20 GHz +20 dBm to -110 dBm (Option 001) calibrated output power -50 dBc harmonics <20 GHz typical SSB phase noise <-80 dBc at 10 GHz and 10 kHz offset Complete analog sweeper 1 Hz frequency resolution (Option 008) The Agilent 83624B high power synthesized sweeper is the standard of excellence for applications requiring the high performance and accuracy of a synthesized source and the speed and versatility of a sweep oscillator. Synthesized broadband frequency coverage and precise 1 Hz frequency resolution (Opt 008) are generated by indirect synthesis, enabling the Agilent 83624B to achieve low single-sideband phase noise performance. The Agilent 83624B also delivers excellent harmonic performance with harmonics at least 25 dB below the carrier from 2.0 to 20 GHz.
